 Paul du Toit is a Master presentation skills facilitator, workshop facilitator, seminar leader, keynoter, executive coach and master of ceremonies. He serves as Secretary of the International Federation for Professional Speakers, a member of its Global Speakers Forum, and Past President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa. He is also the Managing Director of the Congruence Group.

My biography:

On 3 August 2008 in New York, Paul du Toit became Africa's first Certified Speaking Professional in 24 years. An acclaimed business speaker, coach and authority on business presentations, his book “Even You Can Present With Confidence” was published for the first time on 1 September 2008. It was this exposure that led to him studying, in great detail, exactly what it takes to become a brilliant speaker. In his keynotes and seminars, Paul uses these skills to teach others how to shift their mindsets in the areas of presentation, client service and possibility.

During his financial services career he earned the International Quality Award over 6 consecutive years. His period as a manager led to him founding the Congruence Group in Johannesburg during 1995, and changing mindsets all over Southern Africa ever since, focusing on Presentation, Sales and Service. During 2005 and 2006 his peers elected him President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa, and he has been invited to speak at numerous international speaker conventions, a sought after honour among the speaking fraternity.

As his many local and international clients will testify, Paul reveals how to achieve extraordinary results through people, and how to implement changed attitudes for increased productivity. His humorous, entertaining and engaging presentation style and rare story telling ability have kept his audiences riveted during his Winning Attitude, sell-out Mind Blowing Customer Service and Mindset Shift seminars throughout South Africa.

Paul publishes an acclaimed monthly Congruence e-newsletter with over 13,000 opt-in subscribers, and his most popular talks have been made into DVD's.

Congruence MD Paul du Toit is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and a past President of the Professsional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.

The publication of Paul du Toit's "Even You Can Present with Confidence" also heralded the formation of Congruence Publishing. 2500 copies were printed and the maiden edition is expected to be sold out before 2010. The Greenleaf Book Group in Austin, Texas USA has signed an agreement with Congruence Publishing for the repackaging and publication of the book worldwide in 2010.

Paul's new book "A Gentleman's Prerogative" has been released on 1 October 2009.

Paul also has a DVD "Mindblowing Customer Service".
